Jessica joined Analysis Legal in 2022, having previously trained at Eversheds and then worked at DWF Law for 15 years. Jessica prides herself in providing pragmatic and straight forward advice. She has worked across various sectors including retail, social care, local government, technology and finance.
Jessica regularly represents clients in relation to all types of employment tribunal (and appellant stage) litigation, including complex whistle-blowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal complaints.
Jessica provides employment law support in respect of all aspects of managing the employment relationship. She regularly assists clients undertaking grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and procedures. Jessica also advises on non-contentious matters such as the employment aspects of business change, including TUPE, collective consultation requirements and redundancy. She regularly advises employer clients on compliance issues, drafting and updating employment contracts and employment policies.
Jessica is experienced in advising both employer and employee clients in respect of restrictive covenants and settlement agreements.
Jessica enjoys providing training to HR and management teams regarding employment law matters, such as latest updates and procedural aspects of the employment law.
