Carley qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and specialises exclusively in employment law. She previously worked at Hill Dickinson LLP and Pearsons Solicitors and has been recognised as a Leading Associate in The Legal 500 for her work in employment law. Carley joined Analysis Legal as a Senior Consultant Employment Lawyer in 2026.
