Employment Solicitor Vacancy
Analysis Legal is currently (30 November 2018 to 31 December 2018) recruiting for a qualified employment solicitor to join the team on an employed basis.
We are a niche employment firm, currently comprising 13 experienced employment lawyers, founded in March 2015. We have recently been listed in Tier 2 of the Legal 500 for employment law and have five leading/recommended lawyers.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for an interesting range of clients, including blue chip companies, surrounded by top quality lawyers in a friendly environment. You would be working closely with, and learning from, Anna Lees and Andrea Paxton, the firm’s partners. You would have a varied caseload, both contentious and non-contentious, with regular client contact.
Candidates should have between 3 to 8 years’ PQE ideally; however, we will consider candidates with more or less PQE in certain circumstances. No following is required but applicants should be pro-active and enjoy business development.
It is a full-time role based on 7.5 hours a day, however we will consider more flexible working arrangements.
The salary will be dependant on experience but the likely range is £35,000 to £45,000 FTE plus bonus and commission opportunities. Basic benefits. Dress down policy applies when appropriate.
Location: Bramhall, Cheshire, SK7 1BA (good commute and no city centre parking fees)

Our consultants are either home based or work from one of our offices or a mixture of both. We are interested in candidates who wish to work full or part time as we appreciate that there are good lawyers out there who don’t want to work the traditional hours or in the traditional way. Anna and Andrea both worked full time at large national organisations and found this difficult to juggle with family requirements.
