Senior Consultant Employment Solicitor
Fiona trained in London with Trowers & Hamlins before joining Elliotts in Manchester, becoming a partner in 1993. Fiona moved to national law firm DWF LLP in 2007, before joining Analysis Legal in May 2017.
Fiona has worked with employers from SMEs to FTSE 100 companies, delivering tactical and strategic advice tailored to their objectives. She provides helpline advice to support the management of issues such as disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence and also works in partnership with clients on projects such as change management.
Fiona has extensive experience in advising on TUPE/ outsourcing, collective consultation, large-scale redundancies and changing terms of employment. She conducts Employment Tribunal cases, including advocacy. She also runs training sessions for management and HR teams on a stand-alone basis or to support wider projects . She advises employees on exit, including settlement agreements.
